Ihr Profil

**Ausbildung**: Laufendes Studium mit Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Organisationsentwicklung, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung

**Berufliche Erfahrung**:
Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources durch Studienschwerpunkt oder Praktika wünschenswert

**Fachkompetenz**:
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel

**Sprachkenntnisse**: Fließende Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

**Persönlichkeit**:
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
Liebe zum Detail sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
