We're looking for a** Human Resources Generalist** (f/m/d) **to join our team in Munich In this position, you will be part of our People & Culture team that takes care of the full employee lifecycle. After our recruiters have attracted top talent, you will take over and act as the the go-to person for all HR-related topics. As a team, you will grow the team with skillful minds and ensure a high retention rate. You will be an ambassador of our values ambition, freedom, community, agility and impact; translating them into our approach on People & Culture topics. **What You'll Be Up To**: - You will be in charge of most HR topics, excluding recruiting; - HR administration - creating contracts, amendments, confirmations etc.; - Preparation of the monthly payroll information (processed by an external provider); - You organize on - and offboardings including all legal requirements, trainings etc.; - You are an advisor for the team and team leads on HR topics and ensure that we are compliant with German social security and employment laws; - You will initiate and execute People & Culture initiatives and activities. **Your skills**: - You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field, alternatively you have completed an apprenticeship as "Personalfachkauffrau/-mann" or similar; - You have 2-3 years practical experience in a HR Admin or Generalist role; - You have good working knowledge about the German social security system and labor laws; - You are fluent in German and English (oral and written); - You are able to organize and prioritize your tasks; - You show great empathy for your team members and their needs. **We offer**: - A diverse team of motivated and international experts from various disciplines and backgrounds; - Flexible structure with a flat hierarchy; - A key role in one of the most promising international start-ups in the hospitality industry, located in the heart of Munich; - Team events: dinners, cocktail club, sports groups and more; - Great work/life balance, with the possibility of working from home and flexible hours including the option to work part-time; - Fair compensation with a transparent peer review structure; - 30 vacation days per year; - Free public transportation inside the city of Munich. **What You Will Get From Us**: You will be a part of an exciting, open and agile team, where your voice matters and where it has a company-wide impact.
