**Master Thesis Supplier Management (all genders)**:
**Who we are**

Our Industrialization Supply Chain Procurement department in PowerCo is responsible for industrializing suppliers of battery cell raw and active materials and managing joint ventures for these materials.

**Your role and key responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth research on the industrialization processes of suppliers for battery cell raw and active materials.
- Analyze current supply industrialization status and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to gather data and insights on supplier capabilities and performance.
- Develop a comprehensive thesis that addresses key challenges and proposes innovative solutions for battery cell raw & active materials supplier industrialization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of joint ventures in the supply chain and their impact on procurement strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to the department and senior management.
- Document all research and analysis in a well-structured thesis report.

**What you bring to the team**
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Interest in the battery cell industry and industrialization processes.
