**About us**:
**Your Contribution**:

- Manage and further develop market, customer, and competitive activities within the SCHOTT Group, leading the central (virtual) team in close collaboration with internal partners from business units, regions, and other functions
- Work with executives, strategy, and market intelligence experts from our business units and other corporate functions to create decision-making foundations for market and competitive strategies within projects
- Decide on processes, software, extensions, and integrations of central market intelligence solutions in coordination with users (business units, functions) and IT, including user acceptance, quality assurance, budgeting and billing, as well as training of key users
- Manage market intelligence partners, data sources, and service providers, whose contractual design you will handle together with procurement
- Review and evaluate new AI tools or extensions for existing solutions with your team and ensure that the solutions remain up-to-date and that users have the necessary knowledge

**Your Profile**:

- A degree in business administration or engineering with excellent results
- At least 7 years of professional experience in market intelligence, market research in an industrial or consulting company, or comparable experience from operational implementation in strategy, business development, or sales
- Experience in analyzing high-tech markets or the chemical industry
- Very good knowledge of market intelligence methods, tools, and processes
- Initial formal or informal leadership experience with diverse teams
- Commitment and determination in implementing effective and efficient solutions
- Very good German and English skills
