**Your Responsibilities**
- Leading a team in conducting comprehensive research and analysis of potential locations for High power chargers, considering customer needs, legal regulations, and operational requirements
- Managing negotiations for lease or rental agreements for locations and ensuring their cost-effective implementation
- Collaborating with internal teams to evaluate the technical feasibility of locations and ensuring all requirements are met
- Working closely with local authorities, communities, and other stakeholders to secure permits and necessary support
- Maintain close communication to the internal stakeholders
- Leading and mentoring a team of Location Evaluation Managers and Country Location Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success

**The Requirements**
- A completed University degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Significant experience in real estate management, site evaluation, or related activities, preferably in the fields of electromobility or renewable energy
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- A strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to location development
- Proven leadership experience, including leading and mentoring teams
- A willingness to travel as needed to visit regional locations
- Fluent in English and German
