**Job description**:

- Lead the Communication strategy for 11teamsports
- Lead the team
- Create the annual, quarterly and weekly plans for the Comms department
- Responsibility for the Comms budget
- Plan, execute and monitor social media and PR campaigns
- Establish new innovative campaign formats and jump on trends
- Ensure one visual design language is communicated via all channels and countries
- Develop Comms briefings for the content team and ensure that the content delivers on the high 11teamsports standards
- Support the growth in all consumer touchpoints through excellent campaign execution
- Manage and activate the social media community
- Develop best in class PR activations and ensure visibility in relevant media
- Work closely together with other departments like Brand Campaigning, Brand Content, Brand Countries, Brand Retail and Brand ECom
- Be the brand police

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the sports industry and trends, especially in Football
- Very good German and English skills, French is a plus
- More than 5 years experience in Brand Communication or in a similar field
- Degree or comparable qualification in the field of marketing
- Inclusive leadership and communication skills
- Creativity and an experienced eye for premium content and copy that creates a difference
- In-depth knowledge of the media landscape with a focus on Social and PR
- Experience in working with Media and PR agencies
- Structured thinking and the ability to optimize processes
- Getting things done mentality and delivering projects on time
- Ability to work with data
