- performe cleaning duties in the public areas
- ensure and controlling the specified housekeeping quality standards the deputy of our Head of Housekeeping in her/his absence
- coordinate the coooperation with external companiestaking over capacity and quality management as well as controlling delivery bills and performance
- fulfill guest requests for additional in-room amenities
- take care of plants and flower arrangements as well as seasonal decorations
- support other departments in the hotel as needed

- the ability to respond smartly to different guests and wishes and enjoy to deal with international, demanding guests and
