Our HR team takes care of the needs of our most important resource, our employees, every day As a working student (M/F/d) at the Stade location, you will actively support them in this and thus prepare you ideally for your career start after graduation.

These tasks are waiting for you:

- Operational support of the HR Partner Team in day-to-day business and around the employee lifecycle
- Support and help shape digitization and simplification projects within the HR Partner organization
- Support for employee experience improvement projects (inclusion and diversity activities, performance management, compensation programs, change management processes, etc.)
- Cooperation with the central HR solution team in the Netherlands

What we expect:

- You are studying economics, business informatics, business law, (business) psychology or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on organization, project management or human resources
- You can support us 10 to 20 hours/week, by appointment, with flexible working hours
- You are well-versed in MS Office, especially Excel
- You speak fluent German as well as good English
- You see yourself as a service provider, work in a structured, forward-looking and committed manner
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the Works Constitution Act
