In the summer of 2022, we launched our curated marketplace for third-party sellers at home24. This allows us to offer an even broader selection and more product variety so that our customers can find everything they need for their own happy home. Since then, we have become one of the largest Home & Living marketplaces in the DACH region, and in 2023, we generated over €100 million in revenue. Would you like to help shape the future of our marketplace?We are looking for dedicated and motivated interns (M/F/d) who want to gain valuable hands-on experience and bring new ideas to the Home & Living industry. **Mandatory Internship - E-Commerce Marketplace (M/F/d)** **Your responsibilities** - You will be part of our Marketplace team and help further develop an exciting new business model at home24 - You support various areas (e.g., product setup & offer creation, account management, or business development), thus gaining a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace business - You create reports, analyze the performance of our marketplace sellers, and provide corresponding recommendations or activities - You take on smaller, independent projects (e.g., improving internal processes) or account management tasks (e.g., coordinating marketing campaigns) - You conduct market research in the Home & Living sector and assist in acquiring new partners for the home24 marketplace **Your profile** - You are currently an enrolled student in business administration or a related, relevant field and must complete an internship for your studies - Strong analytical skills - Independent, well-organized, and reliable work style - Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Suite - Fluent in English and German; French language skills would be a plus **What we offer you** **Your impact** - The chance to make an impact in a highly motivated team of professionals - An open-minded culture ready to incorporate new and creative ideas **Your growth** - Extensive learning opportunities from our home24 academy and external partners - Room for growth and development within your role through regular feedback rounds **Your path** - A paid mandatory internship > 5 months - Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode.
