About the job

For the E-Mobility team we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven roaming specialist for reinforcement for the Central Back-Office team who supports and executes the BU's central roaming topics, like CDR handling internal and towards partners, dunning processes B2B and interfaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for CDR handling towards the partners
- Validation of incoming & outgoing invoices
- Monitoring Dropouts between the systems (CRM, SAP-BRIM, Platform)
- Responsible for Dunning runs towards the partners
- Proposing action plans based on analysis of data quality reports
- Monitoring and improvement of NPS (B2B & B2C) over all countries
- Create monthly reports for BRM
- Support in contract development on country level
- Identify data quality issues, check for inconsistencies and provide reports
- Support the local departments in the correct interpretation of the results from the reporting and identify action for improvement of data quality
- Carrying out system tests & evaluation of developments & improvements within the roaming related system landscape (CRM, SAP-BRIM, platform)

- Preferably a Bachelor degree or gained this knowledge level by work experience
- You have a sound understanding of business processes and the customizing, especially in the areas Roaming and Customer Incident Management and in adjacent areas like Customer Service or Billing
- Knowledge/experience of SAP-BRIM is a plus
- A collaborative and empathic mindset to enable our business colleagues through our solutions
- Experience in agile working methods is an advantage
- Analytical and quality-oriented way of thinking and working
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong communication skills in an international environment paired with good command of written and spoken English; German, Dutch or Swedish is a plus
- Responsible and structured way of working with an affinity for problem solving
