You are co-responsible for every aspect of the property operation & guest experience, together with the Community supervisor & Manager. This includes all the communal areas, facilities, reception, coworking, F&D, M&E, room inventory & the hotel outside surroundings. You are open and available with a friendly smile to meet all the needs of TSH communities and the questions of random strangers. This goes way beyond old school reception duties: you, your co-team members & the Community supervisor are the hotel’s super-skilled hosts. You like to make connections; our guests know who you are, and you are available & visible to all to assist them with any question/request or just a chat to make their stay unforgettable It is because of you every guest will become a raving fan of TSH

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the members & guest experience to ensure all our guest’s needs & expectations are met & exceeded.
- Advice our guests the places to shop, eat, drink, club and generally experience the best the city has to offer
- Pro-active & visible on the work floor, you know what is going on in the hotel to help & assist all our guests.
- Execute all operational tasks of the hotel during your shift with guidance of SOP’s & checklists in all the communal areas, facilities, reception, coworking, F&D, M&E, room inventory & the hotel outside surroundings.
- Maintain the quality of the hotel environment & ensuring the hotel is always clean and presented in top condition. You report & take the necessary actions.
- Execute all processes that involves guest requests, reservations, administrative tasks, safety requirements.
- Monitoring the hotel security, hygiene & emergency procedures as required by company policy and/or federal and state regulations as well as the internal house rules and policies.
- Work with our Hotel Management Systems

- Pro-actively recognise our community & build direct relations with everyone that walks through our door.
- Resolve guest’s challenges & complaints in a quick, efficient manner to maintain the guest satisfaction and quality of our service.
- Always be up to speed with the latest community events and activities ready to recommend to our community and guests.
- Ensure safety by following guest check-in and security procedures and reporting suspicious activity to security the manager on duty
- Assist & help co-team members in servicing the guests during peak moments.
- Contribute to create a working environment for all team members to feel safe, respected & inclusive.
- Assist, together with the local operations team, to deliver unforgettable experiences & events for all our guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management

- Indicate/seek (new) Guest experience opportunities,
- Support by promoting and hosting internal & (local) community events
- Perform daily inspections on all operational outlets that concern the quality of the hotel & guest experience and take the needed action.
- Understand how to help our members & guests to make the most of their experience by making the right upsell and cross-sell recommendations.
- Assist the Community Supervisor by analysing Feedback of our guests,
- Attend Team trainings & meetings
