Our client is the digital marketing lead agency of a global FMCG player.
We are currently looking for a Video Producer (M/F/D) in the Frankfurt am Main area.
**Your main responsibilities are**:
- Leading creative development of a variety of video and multimedia projects, from short-form ads to longer how-to content, infographics, product features and more
- Collaborate with other creative members, such as Content Managers, Graphic Designers, Videographers, Photographers and more to execute creative projects
- Building production schedules, storyboards and other planning materials depending on the scope of each project
- Coordinating with the Production Lead to source talent and vendors as needed
- Scouting locations, performing RECCEs, setting up equipment, staging and other pre-production activities for each shoot
- Oversee the setup, sourcing and logistic requirements of new equipment or programs needed to complete the work
**We are looking for**:
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Degree in multimedia, film, communications or similar
- Working English proficiency required
- Proven experience in videography, production coordination or directing
- Technical knowledge of design principles and tools; Adobe CS required
- Understanding and demonstrated use of AI tools like Synthesia, Dall-E, Midjourney and similar
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
