Senior Financial Controller

Do you thrive in dynamic environments where finance meets operations? **BS Tableau GmbH**, a growing mid-sized manufacturer of lift components based in **Zülpich**, is looking for a **Senior Controller** to strengthen our finance team and help shape the future of our financial processes and ERP systems.

***Your Mission**:
As our Senior Controller, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and operational excellence. You will:

- Lead and continuously improve **monthly reporting**, **forecasting**, and **budgeting** processes.
- Analyze financial data to uncover insights and support **data-driven decision-making**.
- Develop and maintain **performance dashboards** and **KPIs** that matter.
- Spearhead the **implementation and optimization of our ERP system** (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision).
- Partner with cross-functional teams—**Purchasing, Sales, IT**—to align financial goals with business strategy.
- Contribute to **investment planning**, **cost optimization**, and other strategic initiatives.

**What You Bring**:

- A degree in **Business Administration**, **Finance**, or a related field.
- Proven experience in **controlling**, ideally within a **mid-sized industrial or manufacturing environment**.
- Strong command of **Excel** and experience with **SAP** or similar ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience with **ERP implementation**—bonus points for **Navision** expertise.
- Excellent communication skills in **English** (German is a plus).
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a collaborative spirit.
