**Your responsibilities**:
Every company needs to get their basic operations right, and so do we. To achieve our vision of transforming our infrastructure and systems into a carbon-free world, we need to make sure we have our own processes under control and run as efficiently as possible. If you are an organizational wizard, like to work hands-on, and enjoy making your colleagues’ working day easier, then this role is perfect for you.
As Working Student Operations (M/F/d), you will be involved in all administrative, corporate, and people-related Pelion activities. In particular, you will be responsible for the following topics:

- Managing the organization and processing of Pelion’s document workflow, whether it’s our mail, invoices or important legal documents;
- Assisting with the invoicing and approval process, ensuring timely approvals and payments;
- Coordinating office operations and ensuring the smooth execution of daily office tasks while continuously improving workflow efficiency;
- Facilitating people operations activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all team members;
- Managing the planning and executing of internal events and celebrations;
- Office design and wellbeing: Designing spaces that promote creativity, communication and well-being, make our office a place where everyone wants to be.

**Your profile**:

- You’re enrolled in studies in Business Administration or a related field
- You have a genuine interest in getting to know the administrative and corporate part of a company
- You like to support your colleagues, are reliable and want to see tasks you've started being finished
- You are an organizational wizard, live proactivity and enjoy getting things done by being pragmatic, creative, and detail-oriented - you know when each of these traits is most needed
- You enjoy a dynamic and innovative work environment (initial experience is a plus, but not a requirement)
- You are fluent in German and in English
