**Your Impact**

As our Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in fulfilling and developing our local operational & warehouse performance in the interest of delivering world class customer fulfillment. You will be a key team player in AXON Enterprises' success. You will coordinate and support the operations & logistics team and ensure complete orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner. You are motivated, well-organized and excel in communication. Part of the mission associated with success in this role surrounds our culture of collaboration and team focus.

**Location: Onsite Frankfurt, Germany**
**Reports to: Operations Supervisor**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Strategically execute warehouse activities
- Pick & pack our goods for all departments such as Training, Marketing, T&E and finished goods
- Day to day operations e.g. load outbound and unload and accepting inbound shipments.
- Ensure products are accurately shipped to our customers
- Review and issue shipping documents
- Maintain and analyze operational data and assist in implementing improvements
- Coordinate all safety and security standards, country regulations and policies
- Support the logistics team in case required

**What you Bring**:

- 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment
- Experience in a warehouse management system
- Highly motivated individual who thinks big and can work in a team
- Strong organizational, communication and follow up skills
- Ability to remain flexible, make quick decisions and keep all interested parties informed
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a quick moving organization
- Safety, security & compliance driven thinking
- Experienced in forklift operation
