To support the AdTech Team by the developing and execution of advertisement campaigns & project from the initiation to the implementation. we are looking for you as

**Senior Programmatic & Paid Social (M/F/d)**

**Your Tasks**:

- Responsible for planning, developing and setting-up different campaign strategies in the DSPs/Social Platforms
- Delivers and Optimizes all the booked campaigns daily to fulfill the set KPIs
- Create Client Reportings
- Works closely with Ad management for correct Tagging & technical Creative troubleshooting
- Troubleshoots Campaign Deliveries
- Responsible for assuring Quality and Brand safety of the brands and their campaigns
- Works closely with all the teams to fulfil the agreed Client goals
- Tests different Techniques and Technologies for developing results-driven, outcome-based Campaign strategies, also for measurements
- Gives recommendations and delivers forecasting to the Consulting Team
- Participation in status meetings - and communicate updates outward
- Works closely with the Finance team for Billing / Payments

**Your Profil**:

- University degree completed, preferably Media Management / Economics / IT or similar work experiences
- Good understanding of campaign management, digital tracking’s, real-time bidding, audience segmentation and targeting
- Minimum 3 years hands-on working experience with Demand-Side-Platforms (DSPs) like DV360, The Tradedesk, Appnexusand / or social advertising tools like Facebook and Instagram
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in mentoring and developing staff is welcomed
- Experience with digital analytics, digital publisher landscape and brand safety
- Business fluent English skill
