We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner who supports our leaders with effective HR solutions and builds a strategic partnership on an equal footing. As an HR Business Partner, you will significantly contribute to the development and implementation of a contemporary HR strategy and support our leaders in successfully managing their teams and further developing the company.

Your Tasks:

- As an HR Business Partner, you are the strategic sparring partner for our leaders and advise them on all personnel-related matters.
- You support the creation of a modern and inclusive work culture where diversity is promoted and employee engagement is increased.
- You work closely with the leaders to understand their individual needs and offer innovative HR solutions tailored to the company's requirements.
- You assist in identifying and developing talents as well as succession planning to ensure the company has the right employees to achieve its goals.
- You analyze HR data and trends to derive informed insights and recommendations.
- You promote an open communication culture and ensure effective collaboration between departments and the HR team.
- You support the further development of leaders.
- You actively participate in HR projects and drive innovative initiatives to continuously improve the HR area and meet current trends.

Necessary Skills:

- Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or commercial vocational training with additional qualification as a Personnel Specialist (IHK).
- Several years of professional experience in the HR field, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law as well as basic knowledge of social security and income tax law.
- High advisory and decision-making competence, combined with assertiveness and the willingness to take responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact and build relationships at various levels.

Desired Skills:

- Profound knowledge in employee retention, change management, and modern HR best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive action recommendations.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and the willingness to question existing processes and bring in new ideas.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
