About the Job

We are looking for a motivated Brand Designer (M/F/d) to join our company and help visually convey our message. In your day
- to-day work, you will work on digital and print, and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

In this role, you will
- Develop and deliver a range of assets for different channels including social media, website and events
- Assist in art direction, concept development and asset creation
- Become a brand ambassador by owning and supporting our brand guidelines, make sure our brand is consistently used and support other teams in understanding and implementing them
- Translate project requirements from different internal teams, including marketing, human resources and talent acquisition, into assets that meet their briefs
- Manage workload and ensure timely delivery of all projects, meet all sign-off points and flag up any potential risks or delays
- Align with the design team to ensure consistency, maintain and advance the quality of (creative) work

**Profile**:

- Excellent aptitude and eye for design, flawless attention to detail and good creative and cultural awareness
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a digital design position
- A strong portfolio of well-crafted work that reflects agency/studio experience and demonstrates the best design process & thinking
- Strong understanding of how research and data impact design strategies
- Able to balance multiple projects at once and work on a variety of tasks
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities
- Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly collaborative team player with a positive can-do attitude
