**Das erwartet Sie bei uns**

- Unterstützung in Digitalisierungsprojekten (z. B. Künstliche Intelligenz in der Auftragsabwicklung, MyTRUMPF Kundenportal, Bestellplattformen, Robotic Process Automation)

- Unterstützung im Bereich der Prozessoptimierung durch Prozessanalysen sowie durch die Aufbereitung von Prozessablaufdiagrammen (z. B. Workflows zur Erzeugung von Stamm
- und Metadaten, Maschinendokumenten, Vertragsdaten, etc.)

- Unterstützung in der Datenaufbereitung und -analyse

- Ausarbeitung von internen sowie externen Kommunikationsmaterialien

- Unterstützung im Rollout neuer Applikationen/Feature

**Das bringen Sie mit**

- Studiengänge mit Schwerpunkten in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Prozess
- und/oder Dienstleistungsmanagement

- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Konzeption digitaler Lösungen, Durchführung von Prozessanalysen oder im Anforderungsmanagement

- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit MS Excel

- Sehr gute Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
