Positioned within the local service organization, the role of the Field Delivery Operations Coordinator, is to ensure that customer vehicles are in immaculate condition, at the right place and time for a customer to take delivery. Work in lockstep with the local Delivery advisors and your regional delivery operations coordinator to ensure an excellent customer experience by focusing on the vehicle journey for your region.

Core activities include planning and admin of pre-delivery inspection, final mile transport, detailing, and actively steering on local KPIs together with the service team. We prioritize a world-class customer service experience, and our Field Delivery Operations Coordinator, plays a key role in continuing to build upon the Lucid Motors brand through their organization and support of the service team throughout the delivery day.

The Field Delivery Operations Coordinator role combines operations, planning, and business development, requiring a divers skillset.

**The Role**:

- Physical operations related to deliveries in your service center’s area
- You report directly to the local Service Manager
- Coordinate scheduled deliveries with delivery advisors and service teams.
- Maintain relationships with local partners to create new and update existing processes, improving efficiency and experience
- Track performance against the service center KPIs and actively steer to deliver the optimal customer experience
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery operations within your work area.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and their value to our customers.
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external teams, including Delivery advisors, Service, and Logistics teams amongst others
- Identify inefficiencies and pain points in existing workflows for customers and internal teams and clearly communicate how we can solve these issues.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of professional experience in operations in automotive industry preferably in luxury segment
- Passion for a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Detail-oriented and focused on providing great customer service by improving efficiencies.
- Self-starter and quick thinker with high attention to detail who thrives in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to relentlessly prioritize.
- Effective communication skills in both German and English
- Willingness to be hands-on with all delivery operations.
- Driver license and a clean driving record
- Flexible to travel on a short notice to support deliveries in the market

**Advantageous**:

- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM.
- Native German speaker, based close to area Düsseldorf / Essen
- Prior experience in the automotive sector or working in a global company
- A bachelors degree is welcomed, but experience delivering customer vehicles at scale is more important
