SURU ist ein Softwareunternehmen aus Düsseldorf, das sich auf die Prävention von Leitungswasserschäden in Gebäuden spezialisiert hat. Durch den Einsatz der SURU-Technologie wird eine proaktive Erkennung von Leckagen in Wasserleitungen ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus vereinfacht die SURU Water-App die Kommunikation aller relevanten Akteure. Zu diesem Zweck schließt sich SURU mit Versicherungen, Wasserversorgern, Anbietern bzw. Herstellern zusammen, um Hauseigentümer:innen Zeit, Geld und Nerven zu schonen und die wertvollste Ressource der Welt zu schützen.

Wir suchen als Verstärkung für unser Team eine:n Werkstudent:in Account Management (d/m/w) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Sie helfen uns bei dem Aufbau und der Umsetzung unserer End-to-End-Servicelösung für Versicherungspartner
- Sie erfahren, wie wir Kundenbedürfnisse in Marktangebote umsetzen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden und Partnerunternehmen zusammen und tragen aktiv zum Erfolg unserer Kundenprojekte bei
- Sie tragen im Team zu unseren Zielen bei, indem Sie Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen und die Kundenzufriedenheit steigern
- Sie unterstützen unseren Markt in Deutschland und werden zum Experten für unsere deutschen Kunden
- Sie gestalten Marktstrategien mit und setzen diese direkt um

**Das solltest du mitbringen**:

- Studienschwerpunkt in den Fächern Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Management, Innovation, International Business Management oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang. Idealerweise studierst Du noch ca. drei Semester, um eine längere Zusammenarbeit zu gewährleisten.
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Sprache und Schrift
- Service Mindset mit Freude am offenen Umgang mit unseren Kunden und Service-Partnern
- Spaß an Eigenverantwortung und dem Erarbeiten von Lösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen
- Digital native und Kenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft Office Tools, insbesondere Word, PowerPoint und Excel
- Gute analytische, kommunikative und kollaborative Fähigkeiten
- Dynamische und proaktive Arbeitsweise, um neue Ideen und Märkte mitzuentwicklen
