**What role do you play?**
- The Senior Vice President of GP Acquiring Germany GmbH has a strong combination of leadership skills, technical understanding, business and entrepreneurial skills
- The Senior Vice President is responsible for managing business operations in Germany and is responsible for achieving strategic business goalsThe company GP Acquiring Germany GmbH is a strategic, important entity for global payments outside of North America in Germany and Europe

**What is your role?**
- Direct management and responsibility for products, processes, technical migrations, product development and support, customer loyalty, service quality and customer onboarding
- Responsible for ensuring consistent and high-quality service
- Collaborate with a range of internal and external service providers including IT, compliance, frontline support; Sales and global product functions
- Supports US and European management in relevant business development activities in product development and roll-out
- Will be the representative of Global Payments in Germany and towards partners, thereby driving awareness and recognition of the brand
- Develops product strategies together with sales and marketing to attract new products, new customers and increase sales from existing customers
- Acts as a role model for employee engagement to shape and strengthen the company's business and sales culture
- Has a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory obligations in Germany and has an overview of the compliance risks and issues for the business
