Junior Packaging Technologist

**Your duties & responsibilities**:
The Junior Packaging Technologist is an essential part of the Quality Team in our Constantia Flexibles - Film Division. The position holder will contribute to the overall success of the company by supporting the projects in Quality across the Division.

Among the main responsibilities of the position, one can find:

- Supporting with the integration of newly acquired plants
- Planning and supervising Quality projects in those newly acquired plants, as well as in our existing plants in the Film Division.
- Supporting the harmonization of Quality standards & processes
- Developing the hygiene standards

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone with:

- Completed higher education (Bachelor /Master Degree) in relevant studies: Food Chemistry, Food Technology or similar
- Some relevant professional experience, ideally in the packaging industry will be considered a strong advanatge
- Fluent in English (verbal and written skills). German will be considered a strong advantage
- Project management knowledge & experience will be considered a strong advantage
- High level of interpersonal skills (communication, stakeholder managment and collaborative spirit)
- International mindset
- Willingness to learn & grow into the position and beyond
- Pro-activeness
- Willigness to travel across our plants within the Film Division

- Working hours: Full time (38.5h/week)
- Travel required: After the initial onboarding period, could be up to 50%
