Skills Required:
- Cisco Voice solution,
- PSTN/PBAX networks,
- SIP trunks,
- Azure Active Directory and AD knowledge, -Windows Server Administration skills, -Troubleshooting skills, -Experience with PowerShell, -Monitoring skills.
- Excellent Analytical skill,
- Excellent in Verbal, written communication, -Willingness and flexibility to learn quickly and adapt to different processes as the situation demands, -Ability to work independently, within general guidelines or best practices, -High customer orientation, -High quality awareness.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide level 1 level 2 production support for production environments for Cisco Call manager (CUCM)
- Prioritizing and escalating with L3 team member to ensure timely resolution
- Troubleshoot and fix issues
- Upgrades and Patches
- Performing database backup, restore, copy database and troubleshooting recovery issues
- Configuration, and system administration Cisco Call manager
- Expected to perform various Server Administration activities and handle escalated requests from the Service desk personnel
- Expected to play Level 1/Level 2 role for infrastructure Administration, Incident, and Change Management
