Job Description:
1、Handle all bank transactions and ensure that timely process all the payments.

2、Prepare bank detail record and send bank record to HQ financial center daily.

3、Write-off AR/AP transaction in ERP system.

4、Help to issue invoices if needed.

5、Prepare journal entries into ERP and ensure correct booking of each transaction, including Account receivable, account payable, bank accounting etc.

6、Make sure of cash safety of the company if any.

7、Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.

8、Deal with Bank and keep good relationship with bank.

9、Assist to complete other routine work.

Job requirements:
1、College degree or above in finance, accounting, economics and other related majors.

2、More than one year of working experience is preferred, and excellent fresh graduates are acceptable.

3、Proficient in financial and office software.

4、Fluent English is a must and fluent German preferred.

5、Have good communication ability, good learning ability and independent working ability

**Salary**: 2,000.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month
