For our our team in Munich, we are currently looking for an

**Technical Service Support on residential storage systems**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse incoming technical support inquiries and prepare initial troubleshooting measures.
- Support the coordination of external service providers.
- Contact point for Trina´s internal technical and sales teams.
- Support the technology departments with fault analyses and reporting.
- On-site technical visits to Trina´s clients, attending trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.
- Preparation and presentation of internal and external trainings

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working with residential electrical installations and performing on-site visits.
- Experienced on PV and battery energy storage systems. Electrical risk and working in heights training certificates are a plus.
- Ability and capacity to analyze problems and find suitable troubleshooting strategies. - Strong motivation and customer focused.
- Team player and communicate well with customers and service providers.
- Availability to travel within Europe and have a car driving license.

**Languages**:
Fluent in both English and Spanish, German or other languages will be considered an advantage.
