Internship: Mergers

Do you want to become a full-fledged member of a young and diverse Post-Merger Integration project management team? Do you seek an opportunity to gain insights on strategic topics for one of Europe’s leading technology companies? Then this internship is a great opportunity for you As an intern you will work in a cross-divisional Post-Merger Integration team, to support the successful integration of an acquired business.

In your new role you will:

- Assist in the **development and implementation **of integration plans
- Support the **coordination of a cross-functional team **to ensure successful integration
- Develop and maintain **project plans, timelines and status reports**
- Own and drive **project management **of your work package
- Create **presentations **for key decision-makers within Infineon and discuss project results on eye-level with business unit leaders

You are best equipped for this task, if you:

- Are currently studying **Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering **or similar
- Are currently in **terms 4 - 10 **(late Bachelor or Master) and have **excellent grades **(top quintile)
- Have already gathered **working experience in consulting / banking /Mergers & Acquisitions**:

- Are a **team player **with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a natural interest in **strategic business topics**:

- Are comfortable with **analyzing complex data sets **in Excel and have a structured way of thinking and working
- **Feel comfortable to discuss and present results **within the team and to key stakeholders using PowerPoint
- Have a very good command of **English **( **German **is a plus)
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Excerpt of the study regulations for the mandatory internship (if applicable)
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
