As an **AI Learning Experience Designer** you will design and develop high-quality, engaging, hands-on e-learning and instructor-led training formats. You will work closely with our Engineering and Product team and become a (technical) expert in Aleph Alpha’s solution stack.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Design, write, and develop high-quality, engaging, and interactive training materials (eLearning courses, instructor-led content, guides, videos, certifications, etc.) that cover both basic and advanced technical concepts related to our platform.
- Develop comprehensive learning pathways and curriculums that guide users through the learning process, from introductory material to more advanced use cases and troubleshooting.
- Deliver hands-on instructor-led training to internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Manage content on our Learning Management System (LMS) and further develop its user experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to discover enablement gaps, define the training roadmap, and recruit SMEs.
- Design learning experiences that are learner-focused, ensuring content is accessible and effective for diverse audiences.
- Utilize data and learner feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods, measuring the effectiveness of programs through assessments, performance metrics, and learner insights to ensure alignment with learning objectives and business goals.

**Your profile**:

- ** Knowledge of AI & Machine Learning Technologies**: Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and large language models.
- ** Exceptional Communication Skills**: Ability to break down complex technical topics into easily understandable content for diverse audiences and demonstrate strong verbal and written skills in English and German.
- ** Experience in Instructional Design or Related Fields**: Background in instructional design, training development and facilitation, product management, or a related discipline (optional).
- ** Proficiency with Learning Tools**: Experience working with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate), learning management systems (e.g., Absorb LMS), and storyboard scripting (optional).
- ** User-Centered Approach**: Dedicated to putting the end-user and learner at the center of everything you do.
