**What you'll do**

Work closely with the Regional and Global Head of Customer Success in key activities such as:

- Preparation of strategic document to support discussions within Customer Success and across departments
- Data Analysis of key trends and supporting with follow-ups actions across the organization, supporting acceleration of critical projects
- Discussions regarding account handovers and critical process analysis and information consolidation
- Become and expert in renewals process and forecasting to support Customer Success management as a business perter

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Economics, Business Management, Math, Computer Science
- Computer skills: Great PowerPoint & Excel Skills + previous experience in both
- Language skills: Fluent in English
- Soft skills: Great communication skills, highly dedicated, team player, ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Others: At least 1 previous work experience, internships in consulting is preferred
