What you'll do
- Direct contact for quality issues at our production site or at the customer's site
- Monitoring the quality of our produced parts and ensuring a high-quality standard
- Communication with suppliers or customers when defective parts or disruptions in the production process occur
- Analysis of possible causes of deviations in our produced parts and support of production in the continuous improvement of processes
- Coordination and implementation of quality assurance measures and rework
- Sending complaints to suppliers and creating drafts for chargebacks

What we are looking for
- Solution-oriented working method and logical thinking skills (ideally experience with problem-solving methods)
- Strong teamwork skills and strong communication skills
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to work shifts (including night shifts)
- Technical vocational training an advantage, experience in quality assurance desirable
- Very good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of German
