As an _AI Enablement Specialist_, you will drive the development of a company-wide data culture and support our teams in responsibly and effectively harnessing the potential of artificial intelligence—for more efficient processes, better decisions, and sustainable innovation.
**The following challenges await you**:
- Designing, testing, and optimizing AI-based workflows for various use cases
- Creating, maintaining, and further developing documentation, guidelines, and best practices for AI use
- Designing and conducting workshops, training courses, and enablement formats to further develop the data culture within the company
- Promoting data literacy and data-based work in all areas of the company
- Working closely with IT, data science, and business units to anchor AI initiatives sustainably in day-to-day business
- Responsibility as Success Manager for established AI tools to promote the use of “everyday AI” in the company
**Your Profile**:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field
- Extensive experience in digital projects, ideally in the field of AI, data science, or digital transformation
- Experience in designing and conducting workshops and training formats
- Experience in change management, ideally with relevant certification
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear, convincing, and practical manner
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Enthusiasm for data-driven innovation, process optimization, and cultural change
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
