You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, engineers, and sales, to translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, while ensuring the alignment of business needs with cutting-edge technology. Reporting to the Microsoft CoE Lead, you will be responsible for driving best practices, delivery blueprints, and groundbreaking approaches for SoftwareOne's Microsoft 365 and Security portfolio. **Key Responsibilities**: **Product & Strategy Leadership**: Define and drive the Microsoft 365 and Security product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals, market trends, and emerging customer demands. Establish a clear and differentiated value proposition for SoftwareOne, driving innovation and growth in the M365 and Security space.**Solution Design & Innovation**: Lead the design and development of repeatable, scalable, and secure Microsoft 365 solutions and accelerators, integrating advanced security features. Leverage Microsoft technologies such as Entra (AAD), Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Purview, and Copilot for Security to create industry-leading solutions.**Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**: Partner closely with internal Centres of Excellence, solution architects, demand capture teams, and Microsoft’s technology experts to promote synergy across initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of solutions. Work with the Global Product Manager for Microsoft Security to align product strategies and sales enablement efforts.**Agile Product Management & Backlog Prioritization**: Own and prioritise the product backlog, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, managing dependencies, and ensuring the timely delivery of secure, high-quality products. Ensure smooth collaboration between engineering, solution architects, and sales teams to meet business requirements.**Strategic Partnership & Delivery Excellence**: Drive the collaboration with Microsoft, ensuring our security offerings are at the cutting edge. Contribute to the development of proposals, solution designs, and architectures, particularly for large strategic customers and significant deals. Lead pre-sales efforts, including the creation of demos, POCs, and proposals that highlight SoftwareOne’s unique value proposition.**Product Portfolio Development**: Nurture the growth of SoftwareOne's Microsoft 365 and Security portfolio, ensuring its relevance to both customer needs and market trends. Establish global delivery standards and integrate repeatable components that stay ahead of technological advancements.**Advanced Advisory & Thought Leadership**: Contribute to SoftwareOne's Microsoft Advisory services and delivery toolkit, continuously refining practices based on industry trends and feedback. Establish yourself as a thought leader by sharing insights at industry events and contributing to consortia.**Market & Industry Innovation**: Stay ahead of industry trends in both Microsoft 365 and Security, particularly in Zero Trust, Threat Protection, Data Protection, and SecOps methodologies. Leverage your deep expertise to drive product innovation and shape future business strategies. **What we need to see from you** - Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Product Owner, or Professional Services leader with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Security technologies. - Deep understanding of cutting-edge Microsoft technologies such as Entra (AAD), Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Purview, and Copilot for Security. - Extensive knowledge of Security concepts like Zero Trust, Threat Protection, Data Protection, SecOps, and regulations such as NIS2, DORA, and CISA. - Experience in Agile product management, including backlog management, user story creation, and prioritisation in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of service delivery models and architectural best practices such as WAF, CAF, and TOGAF. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and across different functions. **Job Function** Software & Cloud **Accommodations** At SoftwareOne, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all
