**Your role**:
First things first: From day one You will be taken seriously and play an important role in our mission to change the way people eat, forever

As part of our Data and Process Excellence team You'll have the opportunity to support HelloFresh DACH in further developing its culture of **Continuous Improvement**. Therefore You will help identify improvement opportunities, analyse data, develop and implement improvement initiatives and work closely with all departments in our value chain.

**Your area of responsibility**:

- You will assist our CI team with improvement initiatives, process improvement workshops, incident assessments and trainings
- Over time, you will take the lead and independently conduct those workshops, assessments and trainings
- You will be given the opportunity to lead other improvement initiatives independently as well
- You work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- You constantly identify opportunities for continuous improvement and draw attention to them

**Your profile**:

- You are an enrolled student in a relevant degree program and keen to learn something new every day
- You are data as well as process driven and have a strong analytical understanding and
- Ideally, You have already gained initial experience in lean or process management
- You feel comfortable being the point of contact for senior and international stakeholders
- You are familiar with Google Workplace and have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- You speak German and English with Working proficiency
