**Aufgabe**:
Als Leiter - Head of Effizienzmanagement & Prozessautomatisierung im Operating Office Sales & Care Privatkunden (m/w/d) führen Sie personell und fachlich Mitarbeiter/Innen eines großen Aufgabenbereiches. Sie sind Ansprechpartner in komplexen und besonders schwierigen Fragen mit ausgeprägter Entscheidungs-/ Festlegungskompetenz.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Auswahl neuer Mitarbeiter, Organisation des Teams, Motivation der Mitarbeiter/Innen, initiieren Schulungen und Weiterentwicklung und fördern Talente
- Sie kaskadieren die übergeordnete Strategie in den eigenen Bereich und erarbeiten Strategien und Grundsatzregelungen
- Sie optimieren den Aufgabenbereich anhand von Kennzahlen, steigern die Prozesseffizienz und nehmen Aufgaben im Rahmen der Budgetplanung wahr
- Sie vertreten Arbeitsergebnisse gegenüber der übergeordneten Managementebene
- Sie wirken in Projekten mit
- Sie leiten das Mengen
- und Effizienzprogramm für Sales & Care PK als wesentlicher Teil des TDG Mengenreduktionsprogramms und sind für die Erreichung der Ziele verantwortlich
- Sie tragen mit ihrem Team wesentlich zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotentialen (u.a. Prozessen) in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren operativen Bereichen und anderen Querschnittsbereichen bei (u.a. SE&I und OE) bei und sind für die Koordination und Umsetzung der geplanten Maßnahmen verantwortlich
- Sie automatisieren und digitalisieren mit Ihrem Team Service-Prozesse
- Sie stimmen die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der Automatisierungslösungen mit beteiligten Bereichen (insb. Service IT) ab und sind für den fachlich korrekten Betrieb der Automatisierungslösungen für S&C PK verantwortlich

**Profil**:
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen bereits langjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Programm
- oder Projektmanagement mit.

Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten aus:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der eigenverantwortlichen und verbindlichen Planung und Steuerung neuer Themen
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrung hinsichtlich einer holistischen (ganzheitlichen) Sichtweise
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Budget
- und Kostenmanagement
- Exzellente Erfahrungen in klassischen und agilen Kooperationsformen
- Exzellente Erfahrung in der Leitung von strategischen/übergreifenden Projekten
- Herausragende Erfahrungen in klassischen und agilen Kooperationsformen, insbesondere in der Steuerung und Leitung von Großprojekten/Programmen
- Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Prozessen (z.B. Six Sigma)
- Erfahrung bei der Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen (RPA/RDA)
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
