Als Specialist für Facilities erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

- Aktualisierung, Prüfung und Verwaltung der technischen Bestandsdokumentation aller Gebäude & Anlagen vom gesamten Bereich Facilities
- Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen Planungsbüros, ausführenden Firmen und Facilities-Systemingenieur*innen bei Um-, Aus
- und Neubauprojekten in Bezug auf technische Dokumentation
- Archivierung der digitalen und physischen Dokumente (Gutachten, Statistiken, Bestandsdokumentation, Baugenehmigungen, Schriftverkehr, etc.)
- Umzugsplanung, Organisation und Durchüfhrung in Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Elektro und externen Vertragspartner*innen
- Pflege der Raumbuchung im SAP PM
- Pflege des Personenleitsystems sowie Beschilderung innerhalb der Gebäude (Planung, Bestellung, Ausführung)
- Unterstützung bei Belegungsplanung und Spacemanagement
- Weitere administrative Tätigkeiten des Tagesgeschäftes

**Erforderliche Qualifikationen**
- Sie haben Ihr Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen bereits über einschlägige Berufserfahrung.
- Sie haben Freude an der Erledigung von administrativen Aufgaben und arbeiten gerne mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner*innen zusammen.
- Sie haben ein freundliches aber bestimmtes Auftreten, das Ihnen bei der Erledigung der vielfältigen Arbeit hilft.
- Sie zeichnet eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Organisationstalent aus.
- Sie arbeiten planvoll und strukturiert.
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit den Anwendungen AutoCAD wird vorausgesetzt
- Sie besitzen gute MS Office Kenntnisse und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP oder Oracle.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
