Global Sales & Service Controller

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business leader and lead local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within Measurement & Analytics Division, Business Line Analytical, Service Germany. Each day, you will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the BL Analytical Service, Measurement & Analytics Division in Process Automation in Mannheim, Germany. Main stakeholders are the German Service Lead & Regional Service Controller Europe, BL Analytical. You will be mainly accountable for: - Serving as the key business partner for the German Service Lead and Region Service Controller Europe. - Translating the finance strategy into business plans and establishing measurable targets and overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for your area of responsibility. - Monitoring progress achieved and providing insight and analysis to support operational decision-making. - Identifying financial issues and advising the functional management team on action plans and operational strategies to resolve. - Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal stakeholders to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for your area of responsibility. - Ensuring the quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules. **Qualifications for the role**:

- You are highly skilled and enjoy working with SAP, Excel, Atlas, ABACUS, Power BI, CFIN
- You have 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling or a related field
- You are passionate about working in a great team, improving processes, using your analytical skills and acting as business partner
- A bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- You are at ease communicating in German and English
