**Aufgaben**
- Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Unternehmensführung
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer skalierbaren Vertriebsstrategie zur Erschließung neuer Märkte und Kundensegmente
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Sales-Teams sowie enger Schulterschluss mit Marketing und Operations
- Identifikation und Aufbau von strategischen Partnerschaften und Key Accounts
- Verantwortung für Umsatz-, Ergebnis
- und Wachstumsziele
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und Stakeholdern
- Reporting direkt an die Gesellschafter

**Profil**
- Fundierte Erfahrung in einer vertriebsorientierten Führungsrolle, idealerweise im Bereich Sicherheitslösungen, Bauzulieferung oder technischer Dienstleistung
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägte Abschlussstärke
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Skalierung von Vertriebsstrukturen
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Führungskompetenz
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntisse
