**Head of Quality Unit (f/m/d)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the Quality Unit consisting of 5 departments and approximately 90 employees
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a culture of quality, compliance and collaboration
- Further development of the Quality Management System (QMS), monitoring compliance through appropriate KPIs
- Ensure regulatory compliance based on current international regulations and be responsible for audits and inspections
- Quality assurance and control of pharmaceutical/OTC and medical devices
- Promote a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency
- Hiring, training and development of staff and teams
- Responsibility for achieving OPEX, FTE and CAPEX targets

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification Several years of professional experience in leading larger groups and in the area of Quality in the pharmaceutical industry
- Profound knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems, GMP and regulatory requirements
- Leadership ability and pleasure in dealing with people
- Commitment to high quality and compliance standards
- Strong strategic skills, good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
