Recruitment Specialist

**Key responsibilities**:
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and to source, attract and hire top talent worldwide
- Create and publish attractive job profiles and post them on social media channels as well as relevant job boards
- Establish & maintain good relationships with recruitment agencies, applicants, and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research, attend networking/recruitment events (to enhance employer branding)
- Identify new staffing channels to support targeted sourcing in new regions/locations
- Develop pipelines for key talent in line with the annual hiring plan
**What we expect**:
- Sufficient relevant professional experience in a fast-paced, international environment (recruitment agency experience is a plus)
- Academic qualification in HRM or a related field
- Analytical work style with a high degree of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Previous experience with applicant tracking systems
- Proactiveness, solution-driven, and ability to handle multiple stakeholders and changing priorities
- Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
