**Duties**:
The Community Liaison Office (CLO) Coordinator reports directly to the Management Officer and manages a comprehensive post program to maintain high morale at post. The CLO Coordinator assists individuals in adjusting to the post environment; identifies the needs of the U.S. Mission community and responds with appropriate services, information, and referrals. The CLO Coordinator advises post management on quality-of-life issues and community matters, and advocates effectively for employee/family post policies. The incumbent serves Berlin, Leipzig, and Hamburg.
**Qualifications and Evaluations**:
- Requirements:
Five years of experience doing administrative work, either in an employed position or through community volunteer service, is required.
- Education Requirements:
Completion of secondary education (high school or GED) is required.
- Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Good working knowledge English language skills - speaking, reading writing - required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
Skill requirements may be tested.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
