**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Aufbau, Entwicklung und Leitung unseres Observability-Teams.
- Verantwortlich für Design, Aufbau und Betrieb unserer Observability-Tools und -Plattformen.
- Erstellung einer Observability-Strategie und -Roadmap, die den Anforderungen des Unternehmens gerecht wird.
- Verfechten und Evangalisieren der Grundsätze für eine starke Observabilität.
- Aufbau von Beziehungen zu unseren Produktteams, um die Zusammenarbeit im gesamten Unternehmen abzustimmen und sicherzustellen.
- Förderung eines automatisierten Code-First-Ansatzes bei allem, was Sie tun.

**Das wünschen wir uns**:

- Starker technischer Hintergrund in den Bereichen Engineering, DevOps oder SRE.
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von vollständig dezentralen Teams.
- Erfahrung mit umfassenden, standortübergreifenden Lösungen und dem Betrieb von Plattformen und Diensten in großem Umfang.
- Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Stakeholder, Einflussnahme und Kommunikation.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung bei der Implementierung moderner Beobachtungswerkzeuge in einer komplexen Umgebung.
