We are on the lookout for **an Associate Legal Counsel **to join **the **M&A Legal Team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As an Associate Legal Counsel, you'll navigate all phases of M&A projects, from structuring deals and drafting documentation to closing and post-closing matters, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders worldwide. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal support on M&A transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and supporting the negotiation stage.
- Manage all phases of M&A projects: NDA, deal structuring, Due Diligence, negotiation, drafting, signing, closing, and post-closing.
- Coordinate internal teams and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions to ensure smooth transaction workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy/M&A, Tax, Antitrust, and Finance, to align legal advice with business objectives.
- Develop pragmatic solutions to complex legal issues while balancing business priorities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal legal processes and tools to enhance work efficiency.

**Qualifications**- 1-3 years of experience in M&A, ideally in an international law firm.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal), with exceptional drafting skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, diverse, and dynamic workplace.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
