Senior Automation Solution Architect

We are looking for a **Senior Automation Solution Architect (all genders)** to join the Transformation & Automation team at our incredible Hero Hub in the heart of Berlin.

**Your mission**:

- Define and own the Solution Architecture of Automation Solutions - mainly for Robot Process Automation with UiPath
- Work closely with the Process Excellence team, Business Stakeholders and the Automation Engineers to identify, evaluate and implement Automation opportunities in the Finance Organisation
- Act as the guardian of the end to end RPA solution to ensure compliant implementations while leading and overlooking the development effort
- Ensure the quality of the deliverables and that agreed Business requirements are met
- Define & manage Automation best practices and ensure they are applied (e.g. code reviews)
- Manage the relationship to external partners closely, define targets and ensure they are achieved
- Plan & monitor delivery with internal and external developers

**Your heroic skills**:

- 5 years of working experience in a relevant field and a university degree in a relevant discipline
- Profound understanding of Automation Technologies & System Architecture, especially in the area of Finance and Accounting
- Hands on experience in Robot Process Automation Engineering - ideally with UiPath
- Excellent presentation / communication skills to be able to explain technical concepts to non technical people
- Experience in working with external partners for development
- Experience in IT Security & Compliance concepts
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with SAP
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
- Project Management experience
- Infrastructure / AWS knowledge
- Familiar with Process Mining and Business process management tools
- Jira experience
