**We are seeking for**:
Do you want to help shape academic programs and take on responsibility in a dynamic, international environment? Then we’d love to hear from you
In our Program Services team, you will work at the intersection of faculty, the Dean of Programs and other study-facing departments like Student Services, Admissions and the Library. Your focus will be on the organization, further development and quality assurance of our study programs.

**Full-time (40 hours/week), part-time may be possible | Start Date: September 1, 2025 | Initial 2-year contract with option for permanent employment | Up to 50% remote work possible**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- You plan and coordinate our study programs - in close collaboration with internal faculty, external guest lecturers, and students.
- You organize and implement the curriculum: from scheduling and course planning to room bookings.
- You contribute to the ongoing development and quality assurance of our programs and curricula.
- You advise students on study-related issues, for example at our cross-departmental Student Info Point.
- You support the organization and administration of exams and issue study certificates.
- You maintain and update content in our campus management system and Moodle.
- You prepare data for internal reporting and statistical purposes.
- You contribute ideas and content for the marketing of our programs - such as for websites and brochures.

**Your qualifications**:

- Completed university degree
- Initial experience working in a higher education setting or a comparable environment
- Ability to learn quickly and navigate new topics with confidence
- Strong organizational skills, self-initiative, and team spirit
- Excellent communication skills, service orientation and a passion for collaborative work
- Very good command of German and English (native level not required)
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with campus or learning management systems is a plus
- Affinity for numbers; database skills are a bonus
- Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
