**ADAS SME - (Head Of ADAS)**
EU native with German language skills
- Min Qualification : Engineering degree in Electrical/electronics.
Years of Experience : 12 to 15 years in Automotive SW and System Development
1) Experience in building teams and leading for successful delivery
2) Experience in customer handling, escalation management, customer relationship management
3) Understanding of market dynamics in specific domain in EU OEM and Tier1 marketplace
4) Ability to convince customer to successfully execute and deliver projects
5) Ability of define, estimate, plan and execute POC and Pilot project for winning large deals from customers
1) Experience in system and SW architecture development for ADAS
2) Experience in Automotive ADAS Development & validation(perception, sensor fusion, path planning, vehicle control, etc.)
3) working experience as function owners, function developer for ADAS features( Land Departure Warning, Adoptive Cruise Control. Automatic Emergency Braking, Traffic Jam assist etc.)
4) Experience in model development using MATLAB/Simulink, MIL, SIL, PIL & HIL Testing
5) Experience in developing ADAS test scenarios using simulation tools like Carmaker, VERES etc.
6) Experience in ROS, AI/ML in the context of ADAS
7) Experience working on German OEM programs, processes, and Tools
8) Experience in AutoSar architecture
9) Experience in legal requirements - Euro-NCAP, China NCAP etc.
