Summary For the department Customer Services Naval & Ground / Security Radars, we are looking for a subproject manager "Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)/In‐Service Support (ISS)" for ship‐ and ground‐based radar systems at the Ulm site at the earliest date possible. The department Customer Services Naval & Ground / Security Radars is responsible for the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and the subsequent In‐Service Support (ISS) of our military and civilian customers’ systems. As part of the product delivery projects, the ILS project managers create the basis on which the ISS project managers will build the successful ISS contracts. The ISS project managers bear direct business responsibility for their projects and stay in close contact with their customers. The subproject managers ILS/ISS substantially support the project managers in achieving the joint project goals. Applications from younger professionals, who are motivated for demanding further development, even if they do not yet meet all requirements, are very welcome. Your Tasks- Supporting the project management in the coordination of cross-departmental teams for the fulfillment of delivery services in national and international projects incl. management of external suppliers- Supporting project management in preparing quotations and negotiating orders for ILS/ISS products and services in a national and international environment based on the Customer Services portfolio- Creation of project documents and overviews incl. cross-departmental coordination of content- Supporting project management in the creation of innovative supportability concepts, taking into account customer-specific requirements- Participation in the support of interdisciplinary product teams throughout the entire life cycle in the continuous improvement of product supportability based on findings from the use of our products Your Profile- Successfully completed studies in engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or similar- Experience and knowledge of ILS and/or ISS is desirable- Experience in project work as a project team member advantageous- Knowledge of export and customs regulations advantageous- Knowledge of common management tools such as MS Project, SAP- Enjoy teamwork in an international/multicultural environment- Negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal & external)- Fluent German and business fluent English skills Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
