**Arbeitsort: Gilbarco GmbH, Salzkotten**
- Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung.
- Prüfung und Erfassung von Aufträgen.
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse, Implementierung und Kontrolle von rechtlichen Anforderungen der jeweils geltenden internationalen Import-/Exportkontrollvorschriften.
- Verfolgung der Materialeingänge zu Rücklieferungen von Austauschteilen.
- Erstellung von Nachberechnungen bei fehlenden Materialeingängen.
- Erstellung von Rechnungen.
- Ermittlung von Frachtgebühren.
- Erstellung von Gutschriften bei Rück/- oder Falschlieferungen.
- Erstellung von Proformarechnungen für Zollabwicklung.
- Erstellung von Packlisten.
- Erstellung von statistischen Auswertungen über vorhandenes EDV System.

**Qualifikation**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (idealerweise Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d))
- Erfahrung im Bereich Auftragsbearbeitung/Export bevorzugt
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse im Umgang MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Teamfähigkeit
- Belastbarkeit
