E-commerce Specialist

**Your Tasks**:

- Develop the performance online marketing strategy
- Responsible for the translation of the business needs into an online marketing strategy
- The day to day management and achievement of agreed targets and budgets, including campaigns creation, implementation and optimization
- Responsible for a constant reporting and analyzing of the traffic and market data
- Optimizing the customer journey as well as steering, developing and implementing new features and necessary actions
- Building a data-driven management of online Marketing and consumer satisfaction on digital touchpoints, enable data-driven decision making in Digital Marketing and eCommerce
- Capture & translate consumer behavior data and requirements from digital touchpoints & eCommerce into recommendations for assortment, product innovation, price, place and promotion

**Experience and Know-how**:

- Experienced in funnel management and designing customer journeys
- A deep understanding of today’s digital marketing technologies and programmatic buying
- Thrive in an agile environment and experienced in agile methodology
- Skillful and experienced in stakeholder management
- Prior experience in dynamic, fast pace, entrepreneurial environments (such as start-ups or digital units in big corporations)

**Languages**:Fluent German and English skills
