**Requirements**:
**Day to day tasks of the Technical Assistant will include**:

- Using filtration techniques, e.g. sterile filtration and TFF
- Conducting process-relevant analysis (e.g. DLS, ELISA and qPCR) to determine the qualitative and quantitative properties of the produced rAAV
- Documentation of experimental work
- Presentation of results in the team
- General tasks for laboratory organization as well as maintaining the laboratory operation, equipment responsibility and material procurement
- You will be trained for Chromatographic purification of recombinant adeno associated viruses (rAAVs)
- Working with organisms of risk groups 1 and 2

**Your qualifications**:

- Related education
- You possess a quality awareness and an organizational talent regarding planning, execution and documentation of experiments
- You have already worked on the purification of recombinant proteins or viral vectors on a laboratory scale
- Hands-on experience with chromatographic or TFF systems would be desirable but not essential
- You have performed analytical methods, like qPCR or ELISA
- Good level of German and/or English
- The use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You enjoy working in a team
