**You will**:

- Build up and head GetYourGuide´s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs
- Develop and implement a comprehensive GRC strategy, tailored to GetYourGuide´s specific profile of risks and opportunities
- Building on our existing processes and together with very experienced stakeholders, build up a world class compliance program, tailored to the culture of GetYourGuide, including compliance risk management, streamlining of policies, effective and tailored training; continuously raise the bar in terms of methodologies and education of stakeholders; establish an efficient investigations practice
- Establish and continuously refine the global risk management program for GetYourGuide; this needs to fit the culture, be optimized for efficiency, provide insights and support tailored mitigations; effective project management and creation of buy-in with risk owners.
- Continuously promote improvements to our governance framework with a view to quality and efficiency, ownership and pragmatic decision-making.
- Work cohesively with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC processes into daily operations, fostering a collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to contribute to GRC initiatives and share responsibility for outcomes.
- Establish strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, external consultants, auditors, and regulatory agencies, to align GRC efforts with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Building on our current processes, consolidate, streamline, upgrade existing compliance and risk management work and design world-class programs in efficiency and effectiveness

**Who you are**:

- Experienced GRC leader with 6+ years of experience in developing tailored compliance and risk management programs, ideally multinational and in the tech sector
- Hands-on, self-motivated and pragmatic operator with a very broad range of expertise and excellent communication skills to convince most senior stakeholders
- Passionate to learn in a fantastic company culture, surrounded by A-players who will help you and push your further growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
